It is easy to change small things when you can find the cause.

Start with one meeting room. Note its bookings, actual use and air-conditioning hours. An empty room doesn't automatically mean everything can be switched off: check equipment needs, room conditions and required ventilation.

A lower bill still leaves questions

Lower electricity use this month might come from cooler weather, fewer working days or a better schedule. Record weather, opening hours and actual use before and after, so you don't mistake coincidence for improvement.

Pause here. What would you choose?

You changed the meeting room's air-conditioning schedule, and electricity use fell the next month. Does that prove the change caused the reduction?
