Replace "I want to be more environmentally friendly" with an observable action

Check when a meeting room is actually used and when its air conditioning runs. Or note why a product keeps needing rework. Observe first, then agree on one manageable step with the person responsible.

Ask useful questions when you shop, too

When you see an environmental improvement claim, ask: compared with what? What does it include? Can I see the source and comparison records? Asking for evidence encourages meaningful improvement.

A cycle we build together—not a promised reward

Consumers, brands and factory teams each have a part to play. This is an idea for working together, not a promise about income or how savings will be shared. Small results that can be checked make the next step easier.
